Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CTREIA) is the largest real estate investors association in the Northeast and ranks among the top 5 in America. Founded in 2003, CTREIA has grown to serve over 1,000 members ranging from part-time investors to full-time professionals with decades of experience.
Their mission is to provide quality education, training, motivation, and networking opportunities to help members achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. CTREIA needed a comprehensive digital platform to manage memberships, host educational content, facilitate networking, coordinate monthly meetings, and provide coaching program management for their rapidly growing community.

Discovery & Stakeholder Consultation
We conducted extensive interviews with CTREIA leadership, board members, and active members to understand the association's workflow, pain points, and goals. Platform Architecture & Planning
We designed a scalable architecture that could accommodate future growth while addressing immediate needs. CTREIA hosts monthly meetings featuring expert guest speakers, quarterly workshops, and an annual conference. Our event management system handles everything from event creation and promotion to registration, payment collection, and attendance tracking.
Members and guests can easily register online with automatic pricing based on membership status. The system sends confirmation emails, calendar invites, and pre-event reminders. Post-event, administrators can access attendance reports and collect feedback through integrated surveys.
Educational Resources & Coaching Programs
The platform hosts CTREIA's extensive library of educational content including coaching program materials, investment strategies, legal resources, and recorded presentations from past events. Members can access video tutorials, downloadable templates, and calculation tools anytime.
